FAQ on Reclaiming Your Chain

  • a carat stamp must be visible, chains should be clean and in decent shape with enough length to make your desired piece (bracelet, anklet, necklace or ring)

  • book in the RECLAIMED calendar, please read the guidelines, be sure to take THREE photos of your chain for final consideration and send them to us

  • we charge a fee of $50 for each permanent jewellery item. Charms, connectors and clasps are not included
